Dolphin Tale managed to slip to first place after some underwhelming new movies couldn’t even reach the top 3 during the weekend. Neither Courageous, 50/50, Dream House or What’s Your Number? were strong enough to make a difference. Anyway, the order and numbers are right after the break.

Dolphin Tale fell only 27.4% from a week ago for a $13.9 million weekend, surprisingly, just enough for the number one spot. The Warner Bros. family flick is now at $37.8 million after 11 days. In 2nd place, Moneyball grabbed $12 million and stands at $38.8 million after 11 days. So while Dolphin Tale was stronger over the weekend, Moneyball has the upper hand on weekdays. It’s going to be a tough call trying to name which of these two that will end up with more green. Puss in Boots might take a hit on Dolphin Tale in 3 weeks so Moneyball could make a run for it then.

"Dolphin Tale" is now in theaters! It came out on September 23rd and is doing great so far (in fact, it's currently in the third place at the Box Office!). If it has already come out where you live, make sure to go and see it to support Nathan!

Hey guys! I'm really sorry about the lack of updates around here! We are trying to catch up on everything that's been going on with Nathan. First of all, Dolphin Tale will be out in theaters this friday!! You should definitely go see it! I hear it's amazing and extremely touching and inspiring.
